The TruResults Fitness system is a 3-tiered solution developed by Scott Parker for achieving the results you want:
Nutrition
Nutritional consultation. Nutrition provides the basic building blocks for your body to build muscle. For example, if you eat a clean, healthy diet, you'll build clean, healthy muscle and a clean, healthy body. If you eat fried chicken, you'll build muscle, but it won't be healthy in appearance or composition.
Exercise
High-intensity workouts. Key components: Good form, high intensity, no wasted motion. Form and function are very key to an efficient workout.
Attitude
Mental motivation / mind-body connection. if you aren't mentally in tune with your workout, then you won't get the most out of your workout. Exercise has to be integrated into your daily routine as opposed to an interruption to your daily routine.
